In addition, please note the following announcement:

Neighbors, summer is here and cicadas are chirping – time for a movie night! Join your neighbors for our first outdoor movie night on Thursday, June 24th at the Playground. Uncle Fred’s BBQ food truck will arrive at 6pm. We will be showing Mighty Express for our youngest neighbors starting around 6:45pm. When the sun begins to set we will transition into the main movie (movie selection TBD – see our neighborhood Facebook page if you want to vote on the titles being proposed).

Bring your own drinks/snacks, enjoy the food truck, and relax during what we hope will be a fun night.

We live in a great neighborhood!

On behalf of the HOA Board, many thanks for your participation and support!

Retention Pond Info and Volunteer Request

In January 2021, Fairfax County removed debris from the retention pond on Monarch Lane to allow the water to flow through it as originally planned. However, this work may not fix what has been a recurring problem.

The Board is seeking volunteers to engage with the county on a longer term solution. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you can help!
