Normal operations:
- Trash pickups are Tuesday and Friday
- Recyclables are picked up on Wednesdays
- Yard Debris is picked up March 1 thru December 24 on Wednesdays

HOA Dues
Prosperity Heights Homeowners Association Invoices for the period 7/1/19 to 6/30/20 were mailed on August 1, 2019. They were $435/home.
The dues are used to pay for garbage and recycling collection, insurance and maintenance of the common areas (including the playground), and social events like the Ice Cream Social and Prosperity Day.

There are a number of HOA common areas. Details can be found on the county maps site. Search for parcel number 0591 27 (A-J).
