If you did not attend the Annual Meeting in May, the HOA Board approved a 6 month assessment of $240 covering from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, instead of the usual 12 month assessment. In the Fall, we will set a new budget and assessment amount for calendar year 2022, and send out a 12 month invoice around January 1st.
We are using a new system to send out the invoices for assessments by email. If we have your email you should have received an invoice for the current 6 month assessment, which is due by July 31st. If we did not have your email address you should have received one via USPS.
In the future, we may be able to include an option for online payment of the invoice, but for now you will need to write a paper check for payment.
Checks should be made payable to: Prosperity Heights HOA. Submit them to our treasurer, Jeff Allen, Treasurer, Prosperity Heights HOA, 8467 Sevan Court, Annandale, VA 22003.
