Avoid Getting a Ticket!

Emergency vehicle access throughout our neighborhood requires that all cars parked on the street be positioned parallel to the curb. Regrettably, the design of our many cul-de-sacs makes on-street parking a challenge.

Head-in or perpendicular parking of vehicles in any of our cul-de-sacs can result in a ticket from county police. Thank you for your cooperation to assure full access and turn-around space for emergency equipment throughout our neighborhood.

There are additional parking restrictions in place since we are a community parking district. See the website, here, for details.

Thank you Bill and Theda Foster!

After more than 30 years of service to the community, Bill Foster has retired from the HOA board.  We will miss him and his wisdom, and wish him well.  Over the years, Bill took on many valuable roles, including the maintenance of the common HOA grounds.  The whole neighborhood is indebted to him and his wife, Theda, who also managed the HOA website, for their dedication, sense of service, and kindheartedness throughout the decades.

Thank you Bill and Theda!
