Avoid Getting a Ticket!

Emergency vehicle access throughout our neighborhood requires that all cars parked on the street be positioned parallel to the curb. Regrettably, the design of our many cul-de-sacs makes on-street parking a challenge.

Head-in or perpendicular parking of vehicles in any of our cul-de-sacs can result in a ticket from county police. Thank you for your cooperation to assure full access and turn-around space for emergency equipment throughout our neighborhood.

Wooded Areas

Many Areas around Prosperity Heights are considered HOA common property.  Please do not dump materials, cut trees, brush, bamboo, or other vegetation.  Clearing paths or making other alterations to the areas can affect the land and surrounding properties.  Contact the HOA board with any concerns about these common properties.  Detailed county maps of the area are found at the Fairfax County website; Search for parcel number 0591 27 (A-J).
