Homeowners' Association

Xmas tree pick up 1/19. The next Board meeting will be March 30.

In January 2021, Fairfax County removed debris from the retention pond on Monarch Lane to allow the water to flow through it as originally planned. However, this work may not fix what has been a recurring problem.

The Board is seeking volunteers to engage with the county on a longer term solution. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you can help!

More info: The Stormwater Management Office of Fairfax County drafted plans to rework the stormwater retention pond many years ago (around 2011). But, no action has been taken on these plans that were approved by the board of supervisors.  Our project is on pages 5-211 to 213 of the Fairfax country report linked here.  Alternatively, you can download a PDF of the three pages pertaining to our neighborhood at this link.  The photo on 5-213 is an old photo of the original pond.  We would like to form a committee to engage with the county to find a solution to our ongoing retention pond problem.  Volunteer by emailing the board!  Thanks.
