Architectural Control Committee Volunteers

The Board is seeking volunteers to join the HOA Architectural Control Committee.  The chief function of the Prosperity Heights Architectural Control Committee is to review all property modification requests filed by homeowners and to grant or deny permission to make the proposed changes.  

Volunteers should:
  • Familiarize themselves with the HOA covenants, by-laws, and other HOA governing documents as well as the architectural standards.  (All available on the HOA website.)
  • Be available to check email daily for incoming requests.
  • Join ad hoc ACC meetings, if called.
  • Seek to work with other ACC members and all homeowners in a collaborative and helpful manner to "keep the neighborhood looking like a nice place to live," as stated in the architectural standards.

Prosperity Heights is a Community Parking District encompassing 208 single family homes in Northern Virginia. The homes in Prosperity Heights were built in the late 1970s, early 1980s.
