These resolutions address recordings made of board meetings, conduct during meetings and open forum, and the establishment of an official website blog/message board for communicating with owners. Before the Board considers these resolutions formally, homeowner feedback would be both helpful and welcome and can be used to guide the Board as it considers these resolutions.

We have a beautiful neighborhood, and it's great to see so many people out each day on the sidewalks, getting exercise or just enjoying a relaxing stroll. It has come to our attention, however, that there are obstacles extending onto the sidewalks that make it difficult for parents pushing strollers, elderly residents, and others to maneuver around.
Please take a look at your sidewalks and trim trees and shrubs over and near them to allow ease of use. Above ground-level clearance of 6-feet is a minimum standard for growth extending over sidewalks.
