Prosperity Heights HOA Board of Directors meetings are open to the Association Membership. If you have an item you would like to discuss with the Board in person, you may attend one of these executive sessions but advance notice must be given.
John Hilboldt came to Prosperity Heights in January 2010 having lived in Northern Virginia since 1981. He is Director of Lectures and Seminars at The Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC. A native of Cairo, IL and a graduate of Vanderbilt University, he has previously served as Administrator for the Church of Christ in Falls Church, VA; a member of the White House staff for eight years; and as director of Belle Meade Mansion, an historic house museum in Nashville, TN. He joined the Board in May 2012.
Rich, his wife Alana, their two daughters and dog Sigmund have lived in Prosperity heights since 2007 and love the friendly community feel of our neighborhood. Rich currently works at MicroStrategy in Tysons Corner,serving as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Rich spends most of his free time either coaching or attending sporting events for his two daughters and can be seen occasionally jogging the streets of Prosperity Heights for exercise. Alana has helped to coordinate our annual Prosperity Day for many years and Rich is an eager volunteer for the event. Their home is either the beginning or end point, depending on the year, for our annual Halloween parade.
Dave Dresser is a long-term resident of Prosperity Heights. When Dave is not at his job in sales, he is likely to be found coaching lacrosse for Annandale Boys Club. At our Prosperity Day, Dave entertains the residents playing the guitar and harmonica with his Irish band "40 Thieves" (www.40thieves.info). Dave and his wife Tracy have three children. Dave joined the Board in Fall 2011.
Colonel (Ret) Bill Foster is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. He and his wife, Theda, have lived in Prosperity Heights since 1982. Bill, a pilot, retired from the Air Force and worked as a space systems consultant for CSC and TASC. He is a Past President of the Board of the Auxiliary of Inova Fairfax Medical Campus where he volunteers twice a week and is also a volunteer at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. His wife is the Prosperity Heights webmaster. Both are on the State Board of Hospital Volunteers. Bill and Theda raised three sons in the community. Bill joined the Board in 2002.
Keith and his wife Carolann are original owners and have lived in Prosperity Heights since 1984. They have three children. Their oldest son, Greg, a graduate of the US Air Force Academy, is a First Lieutenant stationed in Florida. Their younger son, Randy, recently graduated from Mary Washington College. Keith is an accountant working for a large regional firm in the area. Their daughter, Amanda, is a senior at Paul VI High School. Kith is a CPA and his wife Carolann is a Registered Nurse at Fairfax Hospital.
Levenie Hughes is a long-time (28 years) resident of Prosperity Heights where she raised two children, Kara and Brett. Having graduated from Abilene Christian University in Texas with a degree in mass communications, Levenie has worked on Capital Hill and for NBC. Currently, she specializes in sales for the Graphics Art Industry. She has also served on the PTA Boards at Luther Jackson and Falls Church High School. Levenie is an avid dog lover/dog walker and headed the 2014 HOA playground initiative.
Gina moved into Prosperity Heights in September of 2004 where she lives with her husband Dewite and their son. Gina works for Camelot Elementary School. Gina has a BS in Commerce from UVA and earned an M.Ed in Special Education from George Mason University. In January 2012, Gina began serving as the Secretary for the Association.
Giang moved to Prosperity Heights in July 2017. Having earned a Master's and Bachelor's at George Mason University,
he works as a software engineer in the area. Currently, he sits on the Board of Directors at Fairfax Ridge Condominiums as the Director of Technology.
Giang joined the Prosperity Heights Board of Directors in 2017.
Brad, his wife Amanda, and their dog Blue moved to Prosperity Heights in 2014. Brad has over ten years of experience providing acquisition and financial management support across the public and private sectors. He was born and raised in Detroit and earned a B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
